returns & exchange policy

1. Change of Mind
Sorry — we can’t accept returns, cancellations, refunds or exchanges if you simply changed your mind after placing your order. That includes decisions like “oops, that was decaf” or “I thought this was lighter roast” — treat it like choosing a coffee roast in real life: once brewed, it’s brewed. ☕️

2. Damaged & Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong item, we’ve got your back. Just email us at hello@caffeinesolutions.sg within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your Order Number

  • Date of Purchase

  • A clear photo of the damaged/wrong item

  • (Optional but helpful) a quick description of the issue

We’ll review and respond within 1–3 business days.

3. Return Shipping
Once we approve a return, you’ll need to send the item back in its original packaging within 7 days of approval. For quality control and safety reasons, items that aren’t in original packaging may not be accepted.

4. Sale & Promotional Items
Items bought on sale or during promotions are final sale — no refunds, returns or exchanges. (We promise the discount was the real perk.)

5. Non-Returnable Items
Some products — especially consumables (coffee beans, ground coffee, perishable goods) — cannot be returned unless they were defective or incorrect on arrival.

6. Liability
We’re not responsible for issues caused by misuse, improper handling or normal wear and tear. This means if your coffee grinder looks like it survived a barista wrestling match, we might not be able to help — but we’ll always try to point you in the right direction.

7. Resolution Options
If a return is accepted:

  • Exchange for the same item (subject to availability), or

  • Store credit may be offered at our discretion

Refunds back to your original payment method are rare and handled case-by-case.
